I swear, we don’t realize how much we depend on our shoulder mobility until we don’t have it anymore.
Wanna reach up to grab something from the top shelf? You need shoulder mobility for that.
Doing a strength workout? You need it for that and you’ll feel it if you don’t have it.
Your daily yoga practice? That requires shoulder mobility too.
Basically, shoulder mobility is something you can’t live without, so when those shoulders start to feel sore and sticky, you know it’s time to step in and do something about it.
If you don’t have mobility in your shoulders, you’re setting yourself up for injuries AND you’ll start to notice aches and pains in your neck, elbows, and wrists. Our bodies don’t work in isolation— everything works together, and if one area is neglected, you’ll eventually start to feel it in other parts of your body too.
