Are your hips bothering you? I’ve got the perfect stretch routine that will make you feel so much better in less than five minutes.
Try this:
- Come down to a kneeling lunge — both knees are at 90 degrees.
- Take a big step forward and sink the hips down.
- Then take the foot to 2 o’clock and sink the hips down again.
- Now step the foot to 3 o’clock and sink the hip down sideways.
- Be careful not to arch your low back too much — focus on keeping the pelvis neutral, brace the core, and then sink the hips down.
- Repeat on the other side, and voila!
You will definitely feel a difference in your hips after doing this.
