Do you get knots in your back? You know the spot right between the shoulders.
I’ve got something you can do right now that will help. All you’ll need is a foam roller and a yoga mat. So get that now and let’s go:
- Get into child’s pose
- Place both wrists on the foam roller
- Raise one wrist at a time
- Repeat 10x/side
- Voila!
Homework: Do this 8-10 times per side every time you start feeling that knot between your shoulder blades and let it do its magic.
