The thing is, being able to pass this test is absolutely within your control 💪. So, if you can’t do it right now, the good news is that you can still get there with the help of a structured workout plan.
Homework: Take some time today to consider how much you can benefit from a consistent, structured yoga practice. Imagine how amazing you can feel a month from now. There are plenty of resources out there. I have plenty of free videos and some more structured ones as well. But whatever you decide to do I hope you’ll start prioritizing yourself and make flexibility a priority. You WON’T regret it!
