It can be downright infuriating when your back itches and you simply can’t reach the right spot because your shoulders just won’t let you. Been there, done that, don’t miss that itch, to be honest 😉
Being restricted through the chest and shoulders can cause many other types of discomfort that I won’t get into right now, but I have a fun, easy exercise you can do to improve the mobility and flexibility of your shoulders so that, next time, you CAN scratch that darn itch!
All you’ll need is a towel and a sense of humor 😉
Here’s how you do it:
- Grab the end of a towel with your left hand and bring it up and over, then grab the bottom end of the towel with your right hand.
- Now alternate between pulling the left hand up and the right hand down. Repeat 8-10 times, then switch sides.
Doing this regularly should already help you create some more flexibility through the shoulders, but if you REALLY want to improve your shoulder flexibility significantly, you need my new Functional Flexibility course.
Don’t believe me when I tell you that you CAN improve this?! Tell that to Trina! She’s scratching ALL of those itches after just 15 minutes a day!
